The Rexson Lab dispenser is dedicated to the production of highly accurate laboratory samples.
The machine accomodates up to 72 components, each in a dedicated canister. These canisters are mounted on a carousel and are automatically rotated into position over the dispense vessel, as required, before being dosed to an extremely high accuracy.
The canisters are available in various sizes to suit the laboratory storage and through put requirements.
The Rexson Lab dispenser can be interfaced with a Rexson production dispenser(s) for the seamless transfer of approved formulas into the production process.
Rexson precision dispense valves deliver an extremely high dosing repeatability of up to 0.01grams.
Canisters are easily replenished by lifting the hood and removing the appropriate canister lid.
