Rexson can supply all its models configured as dual dispensing head or multi dispensing station systems. These units offer several advantages over standard 'single head' dispense systems as they offer increased production capacity and faster batch production at lower cost than two seperate systems.
One operator console can control two or even three seperate dispensing stations. These stations will operate simultaneously, effectively doubling (or trebling) a dispense units speed and production. Heads can share common product lines or completely seperate and non-compatible technologies. Heads can be fitted with a variety of weigh scale capacities to provide small batch and bulk batch production capabilities or can be linked via automatic conveyor.
