Rexson have designed, built and supplied some of the largest tank farms associated with dispense installations including systems with over 200 ingredients and over 10 miles of pipework !!
 
 
As part of Rexson's vast experience in manufacturing gravimetric dispensers, we also design, manufacture and install tank farms as part supply of a total fluid handling system.
 
 
Pumping systems can include a mixture of drums, Tote IBC's and static re-fillable tanks in a flexible 'modular' arrangement to suit production and space requirements.
 
 
Tank farms are typically supplied with:
all tanks sized to suit the customers production capacities
all associated pipework for delivery and return from dispenser to allow for full recircualtion of materials
all pumps, agitators, filters and controls
all associated pipework and control circuitry for filling the tanks from external mobile vessels and road tankers
all venting systems for vapour recovery or safe external venting to atmosphere
Tanks can be manufactured in mild or stainless steel, or plastics
Suitable for Hazardous and Non-Hazardous areas
