Rexson build and supply dispensing systems for conventional paste ink, UV paste ink, plastisol inks, polyester pigment pastes, colorants and additives, and other high viscosity products. Rexson also engineer automated four colour 'pump-to-press' process ink sets for delivery from bulk storage direct to the press ink ducts.
Rexson paste ink and high viscosity dispensers utilise a variety of distribution methods including ram pumps, pressure vessels, press-out units and electric gear pumps.
Rexson have gained years of experience in pumping and handling difficult materials, such as UV paste ink. Rexson can modify, upgrade and install pumps for reliable UV ink pumping that maximise pump seal life and reliability. |

Available for both conventional and UV/EB paste
inks, Rexson utilise modified high pressure ram
pumps to supply sparge pipes mounted directly
over press ducts or 'gas pump' type dispenser
nozzles. By simply opening a valve, the duct will
be replenished cleanly and safely with no
contaminated buckets or wastage.
Pumping systems can be configured to suit
viscosities from 100cP up to 1,000,000cP.
