Among the many other manufacturing sectors which require a highly accurate dispensing capability are plastics (i.e. PVC, Polyurethane, Acrylic and Polyester based products ), cosmetics (i.e. shampoo, face creams, lipstick, nail polish etc), food flavourings or colouring and fragrances. Rexson have supplied many systems for dispensing liquid plastic colourants, plastisols and PVC pastes, Esters and Phthalate Plasticisers such as DEHP, DOP, DIDP and DINP for production of colored Master Batch and Dopes.
All of these sectors require a very high degree of consistency in production and an accurate audit trail of compound ingredients. In some cases, this is due to the high value of the ingredients themselves, and therefore the need to minimise production batch sizes and eliminate wastage.
