DISPENSER APPLICATIONS:
PAINT:
A typical application for the Rexson Colorweigh 78 would be as a small-to-large batch paint production unit, where the customer is required to dispense 'in-can' into 1ltr, 5ltr and 20ltr tins as well as 205ltr barrels and 1000ltr mixing vessels. Gravimetric technology allows the paint manufacturer to make highly accurate and repeatable batches, with response times unachievable by any other method.

CHEMICAL:
A typical application for the Rexson Colorweigh 78 would be as a manufacturer's in-factory process chemical blending or single chemical system, where safe, quick, cost effective and accurate production is needed. Vessels would be presented to the dispenser with barcoded labels attached. The dispenser would then fill the vessel automatically with the correct amount of the correct chemical/blend. Correct dispensing provides a constant process and quality is assured and traceable, thus eliminating errors further down the manufacturing/supply chain. Vessel sizes could be from 0.5ltr up to 1000ltr - all on the same dispenser, if required
