Developed for the chemical industry, where accuracy, repeatability and traceability are essential, this dispenser can accommodate from 1 up to 32 automatically dispensed liquid ingredients, and an unlimited amount of manual or hand add components. The system features a 'make tank' mounted on load cells for the accurate and safe additions of manual additives and powders. The 'make tank' can feature full washdown, ventilation and mixing/agitation systems.
Each 'manual make' formulation is stored within the system and is assigned an agitation or mixing profile dedicated to its requirements. |
