Rexson succession - October 2008
Rexson are pleased to announce that, as of 10th October 2008, ownership of Rexson Systems Limited has passed to the management team of Darren Kennedy and Martin Black, who are now sole shareholders of the business.
Our previous owner, Mr John Cowx, has retired from Rexson to concentrate on his other business interests, primarily the Baker Perkins Group.
Darren and Martin have around 25 years experience with Rexson and this will ensure continuity of our quality, service and the preservation of Rexson standards. Both Martin & Darren are excited about the future of the company, its products and all of the Rexson team members - as they truly believe, in all cases, Rexson have the best available.
2008 has been a busy and fruitful year for Rexson and we look forward to continued good relationships with all our customers moving forward.
