2009 round-up - January 2010
"Phew, what a year! In spite of the continued doom and gloom stories in the news and certain market places, Rexson have had an extremely busy and successful 2009.
We have had success across a variety of sectors and regions. Demand for our ColorPoint product has stayed extremely high, building on its successful maiden year in 2008. We have also taken several orders for large paint/coating plants utilizing our ColorWeigh 78 dispensing system.
Rexson finish the year with an order intake well ahead of target. Obviously this demand brings with it its own pressures with all departments running at full capacity, pretty much all year. Rexson have also had to employ additional resources in our design, engineering & production departments to enable us to maintain our high standard of customer support. We have also employed a new USA customer support engineer to compliment our team there.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Rexson team for all their continued hard work and dedication. Looking back, I can recall many instances of our team 'going the extra mile' to keep things on track and our customers happy.
Looking forward, 2010 looks set to be a very busy year too with several orders already paced in the first two weeks of January and a good number pending for February & March, we also hope to be well ahead of forecast in the 1st quarter of 2010."
