Rexson have successfully completed three UV ink installations, for three different ink suppliers, in as many weeks.
One of the systems was installed into Universal Labels by Paragon Inks who have released the following article:

Amanda Jones of Paragon Inks advises " Paragon identified our customers need for automatic dispensing some 18 months ago and have been working with Rexson to develop a bespoke system to meet Universal’s specific needs, running manual systems for ink data storage and facilitation prior to the automatic ink dispenser installation.
" We choose Rexson as a company to work with for several reasons including their like minded approach to business and customers and also their long standing history with the South African market.
The main bonus Paragon saw for using Rexson was their ability to optimise their long standing ink minimisation programmes for global printers. Ink waste is one of the major cost areas for any web printing facility and Paragon have been implementing their effeciency programmes around the world for the last 3 years, giving success rates of over 25% savings year on year ink bills.
Working closely with Rexson, Paragon have been able to develop a unique programme to ensure that customers reduce their ink bills while being able to produce inks right every time when dispensed, aided by Paragons bespoke manufacturing techniques with inks supplied from their sole manufacturing site, based in the UK.
Universal now have these capabilities and are operating not only full traceability of all pre-mixed inks, but full individual job histories covering print set-up to ink usage and batch identification. Universal have told us "It's the best equipment installation we've ever had"
