Rexson have supplied another gelcoat color dispensing system, this time in operation with Scott Bader, who have officially launched their new gravimetric color dispensing service.
"The new automated dispensing unit from Rexson has improved batch-to-batch colour consistency for 25kg small order pigmented gelcoat production due to the accuracy of weighing; this is a critical quality area where we need to be confident in the performance of the equipment" commented Samantha Bell, European Product Manager, Gelcoats.
Mrs Bell went on to add " Our production time has reduced by 30% so our responsiveness to supply smaller coloured gelcoat orders is the slickest it has ever been.".
