Rexson have supplied customers with its new CD Ink dispenser. The unit is designed to dispense up to 4 ingredients into a small 1ltr container safely and cleanly. The CD ink dispenser helps CD printers remove the hazard and waste of partially used and opened ink buckets. The unit can be supplied as a manual or automatic system.

| 2002 Rexson complete the biggest dispenser project ever installed |
Rexson Systems have recently produced what is widely believed to be the largest and most efficient production dispensing system to be installed in any coatings manufacturer's plant. The system, comprising of 7 dispensing stations, is capable of dispensing "in-can" into vessels from 1 ltr to 1000 ltrs with the high speed and accuracy demanded by the customer. Changeover for vessels is automatic with minimal time required thus maximising production time. Its unique vessel transfer and bar code tracking systems combined with a highly comprehensive paint management software package (Rexson IMS Paint) ensures total traceability of each base material and provides ISO tracking of all batches.
The system is capable of dispensing over 200 ingredients with concurrent dispensing of the same product on multiple stations, ensuring short cycle times, dramatically improving production throughput and minimising operator labour requirements.
The system also features an innovative high accuracy small ingredient powder and liquid dispensing station.

The Colorweigh Compact 18 is ideal for lower to medium volume users of solvent-based liquid products. One of our most popular products, this dispenser is used in the printing and packaging industries as an in plant dispenser for accurate production of ink in small batch sizes. The system, the smallest solvent based automatic dispenser in the Rexson range, has been designed for very easy installation and operation, without loss of build quality or reliability.
The Colorweigh Compact 18 can accommodate up to 18 ingredients. The standard storage and supply system consists of 200ltr drums and 1000ltr IBC tanks with 1" or 1/2" double diaphragm pumps and EPDM flexible hoses. Solvent lines can also be connected directly to the dispensing machine. All storage vessels are recirculated on a variable timed cycle. Diptubes draw ink from the container through optional strainers via the standard 200ltr barrel bung.
