Oils & Chemical Blending
Rexson have supplied systems for the gravimetric dispensing and blending of speciality chemicals used in the manufacturer of customer products including photographic films & papers, beverages and food flavorings, perfurmes and fragrances, chemical additives and also the blending of oils & lubricants.
These systems have often been full custom designs to fulfill specific requirements.
These custom features have included:
- dispense cubicles with automated washdown cycles
- corrosive acid and concentrated chemical resistance
- intermediate mobile mixing tank dispensing
- extreme hazard material handling
