 CONTROL SYSTEM
 Rexson employ the latest electronic control techniques to provide the quickest, most reliable and compact 'solid-state' control system available. In fact, no control system has failed 'in the field' since its introduction over 3 years ago. The control system is standard across the Rexson range and can be configured to dispense up to 72 components or can run multiple dispensers at the same time. Because the control system is so compact this delivers a reduction in overall dispenser size allowing the units to fit into smaller areas.
 Rexson will be launching a new, even more sophisticated control system with an even more 'user-friendly' operator interface in late '05.
 DISPENSE VALVES
Because Rexson employ the fastest acting control system it allows Rexson to simplify its dispense valve design. Currently Rexson can dispense to +1gram using a simple single stage valve - with only one moving part! Rexson utilise a mass produced air cylinder at the heart of its dispense valve. This adds up to dispense valves that are the simplest, most reliable and easiest to change-out (they simply unscrew by hand!). It also makes our valves cheaper to supply, service and replace.
Accuracies of +0.2gram are gained by simply 'screwing on' a secondary actuating cylinder.
COMPACT SIZE
 Because the Rexson dispense valves are much simpler they take up less space. This allows Rexson to position 18 valves in a static dispense head over a 150mm/6" diameter container such as a 5Ltr or 1Gallon bucket.
Additionally Rexson can fit 36 valves in a 10" diameter static cluster to dispense into a 20L / 5Gallon Bucket.
Because Rexson do not need to move and position valves over vessels we can provide a simple, reliable and cost effective dispensing solution.
DISPENSER PARTS
Because of the control systems speed and the dispense valves simplicity it
drastically reduces the number of parts and components used to build a Rexson
dispense system. Put simply - the reduction in the number of components used
 will reduce the chance of component failure!
OPERATOR CONSOLE
All Rexson hazardous area dispenser consoles have an advanced touch sensitive operator interface. The operator console is extremely robust and provides access to all the required software menus via a fully functional keyboard, mouse touchpad and TFT colour screen. The console also has an LCD function screen displaying pump re-circulation and valve operation information. This LCD screen is also used for manual dispensing in the event of PC failure. The operator screen can easily and quickly wiped clean to maintain its appearance.
HAZARDOUS AREA LABEL PRINTER
Because of the compact nature of the control system Rexson is able to integrate
a label printer within its dispense system control panel. This label printer utilises
a reel of over 2000 self-adhesive labels which are dispensed through the
operator console front panel. These labels are invaluable when used for tracking
 dispensed products and the booking in of ink press-returns because they are printed at the point of need - not in a remote safe area office.
SOFTWARE
The 'engine room' of any dispensing installation is the Dispensing and Management Software. It must be 'easy to use' whilst being powerful and flexible. Rexson have spent a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our latest package, SQL based Rexson Impress, is user friendly, powerful, fast and flexible - so much so that we are regularly approached to place Rexson software on our competitors machines!

SERVICE
Such is the quality and reliability of a Rexson dispenser that breakdowns are a rare occurence - usually caused by poor quality power or air supplies. Rexson have a strong belief that the first aspect of 'good service' is offering a machine that requires minimal maintenance and that simply doesn't break down! Second to that is an ability for on-site unskilled personnel to change key items easily and quickly - surely the most cost effective and quickest solution! Rexson machines have a modular and easy-to-change concept 'designed in'. Above all, Rexson still maintain an enviable reputation regarding its support to our customers via the telephone, modem and, if required, to attend site promptly.
DEVELOPMENT
Rexson is constantly developing new ideas to benefit our customers. Rexson lead the way with regard to the resources it commits to development - be it to improve reliability, ease-of-use or practicality.
