Rexson is especially well established in North America, Britain and continental Europe; we supply international blue chip corporations in highly competitive industries to small independant companies. Whilst our dispensers are widely used in the ink, paint and coating industry, Rexson have also supplied dispensing equipment to companies within industries as diverse as cosmetics, food, oils, pharmaceuticals and photographic and speciality chemicals. Customers include companies such as PPG, Kodak, Coca-Cola, ICI, BASF, Akzo Nobel, ABB, International Paints, PRC DeSoto, Avery Dennison, Total, Amcor, Alcan, Alcoa, Mondi, Kappa, Nampak, Sun Chemical, Flint Group, INX, Sericol, Siegwerk, Van Son etc.,.
Rexson have dispensed materials that vary in viscosity from less than 1cP up to 1,000,000cP. Materials can be inert, hazardous, flammable or have thixotropic rheology. Our systems have handled products as hazardous as Isocyanates, Sulphuric acids and many other highly caustic or hazardous chemicals.
Rexson factory demonstration & test facility
 Rexson supplies all its dispensers from its modern 15,000 sq.ft. factory which features our Design Studio, R&D Office, Engineering & Service Offices, Stores and Assembly Bays. Dispensers are fully assembled and tested before despatch to minimise on-site installation time. Rexson also have on-site demonstration and trialling systems for the display of system speed and accuracy to customers, prior to them placing an order. This facility has proved extremely useful in cementing customers faith in Rexson strengths and capabilities. In addition to our Head Office we have Service & Sales Offices in the Netherlands and the US.
Rexson also has a major stake in a software house (Bespoke). In partnership with this software house, Rexson has access to more development personnel for its Software and PC Hardware than its competitors - allowing Rexson to "punch above its weight" with regard to software development and support. This arrangement further opens Rexson to techniques and thinking outside the dispensing industry - giving the end user the very latest, most reliable and comprehensive packages and techniques available. It also ensures a high level of after sales support for our PC Hardware and Software.
Rexson manufacture a standard range of systems that accomodate a single ingredient up to 78. Machines can work in parallel or tandem to accomodate any number of components - every system we make is uniquely tailored to our customers requirements and is therefore bespoke to their exact specification.
 Through sound engineering, dedicated project management and strong customer support, Rexson have maintained their position at the forefront of dispensing, batching and fluid handling systems worldwide.
